Shrink domes can be used in two ways:
-
Pull the dome over the top of the item and
secure the loose ends on the bottom with tape. Then shrink
the entire item.

Or, drop the item into the dome, gather and
secure the loose ends at the top. Shrink only the portion
below the gathered material then finish by tying on a bow.
