What form of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept payment by Personal Check or Money Order and via MasterCard or Visa.
  
  When an order is placed through the shopping cart, we will contact you by phone to obtain the necessary details (such as: do you prefer a COD shipment or would you rather pay by credit card).
Do you sell wholesale? Do you have minimums?
- Yes, we only sell wholesale. Accordingly, we require a $50 minimum purchase.
Will I be charged sales tax?
- East Coast Ribbon requires a taxpayer ID or a resale number from all NY-based businesses.
  
  East Coast Ribbon sells to the trade and is for resale or business purposes only. Therefore, East Coast Ribbon requires your confirmation that you are purchasing products for resale or for a business purpose only. If your business has a valid resale certificate you will not be charged sales tax.

Do you send out samples?
- Yes. We honor all reasonable requests from our manufacturing clientele. Please let us know the item that you require and we'll do our best to get a sample out to you promptly.
Do you offer ribbon color-cards?
- Yes, but we do charge an $8.00 fee for each color card.
When will my order be shipped?
- Most orders are shipped the same day that the order is received -- we have a very large stock warehouse. If an item is not in stock, shipments are usually made within 48 hours.
What are my shipping options?
- Most orders are shipped by way of UPS -- you may specify Ground, 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air -- but we also honor requests for FedEx service.
How do I place an order?

What's your return policy?
- Unopened, uncut merchandise will be accepted for return subject to advance approval and a 15% restocking fee.
